That’s messed up.

Probation for stautory rape of a student by a teacher, no less. Ridiculous. I read on DMN that this was a plea agreement, so the DA’s office was willing to settle for probation. Weak evidence? Victim not wanting to go through another trial?

Well that’s just great. Nothing will happen to Swann, Mayo, or Royall either, so just the victim got screwed all the way around on this one. No pun intended.

I would like to hear what Tim Rogers and Gordon Keith think of this.

I agree with Eric. I don’t think the issue can be settled until we hear from both of these men.

An appropriate sentence.

Wow, this may be a first. D magazine is shielded at the checkout aisles at the Tom Thumb in Preston Royal. Congratulations, you didn’t even have to hire a buxom, scantily clothed model. Perhaps Wick should invest in logo printed black plastic covers for future salacious issues. The ESD cover-up is no longer just a conspiracy!
