Vincente Fox to Keynote for Dallas Man’s Launch of Evolv in Mexico

That headline is a bit much to digest, isn’t it? Let’s start with the Dallas man. His name is Trey White. Or, if you prefer the name his momma gave him: Roscoe F. White III. Public records show that he pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance in 1985 (though the charges were subsequently dismissed). Then, in 1997, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor assault charge. These things happen, though, right?

Now let’s move on to this stuff called Evolv. Trey/Roscoe is claiming he’s a billionaire, and he’s peddling a special bottled water called Evolv. You can watch a Channel 8 Story about it. I haven’t tried to the stuff, so I can’t say whether it works or not. But let’s just say Trey/Roscoe White claims the stuff will not only help you heal from injury faster but it’ll get you better gas mileage, too. (I jest, but only slightly.) He also has said Evolv’s claims are backed by researched conducted by M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. That led to a lawsuit that Big Bob wrote about on Unfair Park. And you can learn more than you ever wanted to about Trey/Roscoe White and Evolv right here.

But what about former Mexican President Vincente Fox? Well, on October 2, says here, he’ll keynote a ceremony that will mark the launch of Evolv in Mexico.

They send us Topo Chico. We send them Evolv. Advantage America.

Correction: The headline of this post originally called Trey White a felon. He is not. Though he did plead guilty to the charge, White explains that he was not convicted, telling me through his PR rep: “I am not, nor have I ever been, a felon. Twenty five years ago, during my high school prom, I made a mistake. The charge against me was dismissed in its entirety through deferred adjudication. Attached is my official Dallas County public record. It’s unfortunate that there has been an attempt to discredit me prior to the launch of Evolv Mexico. I have devoted my life to creating opportunities through leadership and entrepreneurship and will continue to do so.”

  2. I went to college with Trey (he’s the third, get it?). Back in ‘85, everyone had possession of a controlled substance. He just happened to get caught.

  4. How is it that the ex-President of a drug compromised nation thinks it appropriate to front the business scam of a convicted drug felon? Such are the times…..

  6. It’s about time that somebody outed Trey White for the fraud that he is.

    BILLIONAIRE! HAH!

And the best thing that’s been written about White is a hard-to-find research paper found at http://waterhead.wordpress.com/2010/09/12/4/.

  7. Texas Monthly wrote an article about him in 1990. Much of it centered around a press conference he held saying that his father was the gunman on the Grassy Knoll that killed JFK. No joke. Look it up. He had a pile of evidence to support his claim.

  8. Not that this is a huge deal or anything – but a whole lot of of his friends from school unfriended him and his co-horts on FB after they launched evolv. It was total harassment. Everyone saw thru it then and pretty much knew the real story. Totally agree with TOMC about network marketing people.

  9. I am guessing that the author of the article or any of the people who responded bothered to do any real due diligence before adding their comments.

Why don’t all of the blow hards on this string take a second to go to http://www.youtube.com/evolvhealth. watch the videos posted by John hunter, General Manager at Futureceuticals in Chicago. They are a third party that has conducted clinical studies. these studies are being published in a major medical journal in the next 60 days and are PEER REVIEWED.

It says in summation, “the second phase of clinical studies of Archaea Active (the supplement in Evolv), which included bio-activity testing of the formula proved that the supplement promoted oxygen metabolism and significant increase in ATP production in the cells with no adverse lactic acid increase or free radical damage. Researches are not aware of any product or supplement to date that has the affects.

There is also a peer review from Dr Don Newman (former senior researcher at MD Anderson) who says “increase oxygen uptake and ATP production without the side affects of free radical or Lactic Acid production is a break through”. This doctor is one of the top medical researchers in USA.

Futureceuticals is a billion dollar/100 year old company and they are ENDORSING the product. In 100 years they have NEVER endorsed a network marketing company product.

I have been involved in network marketing for the past 7 years and made over 7 million dollars, over 230,000 people, over 400,000,000 in supplements sold. I choose this company because of that product and the science.

It clearly says from 2 top researches in the USA that this product is a breakthrough and there is nothing else like it on the planet.

As for your silly little banter about Trey, I was personally terminated from a network marketing company back in January Wrongfully. I am currently suing them. It was wrongful. the whole situation was fueled by a vendictive fueled individual, who has belittle the owners of the company, the formulator of the product and the top leaders. Having been in this situation has given me a true different perspective on business.

Why dont you quit your attempt to bring attention to yourself Tim, and do some real evaluation and due dilligence before your put out your clearly self serving publicity generating little blog.

I have learned in my life that people that build the business by throwing sticks, live by the sword and die by the sword.

i am sure once you do some real due dilligence, your “tune will change”

  11. @ Ken Dunn

Ken: exactly what claims of Rogers here need further due diligence?

That Trey White is a convicted felon, but has never revealed such?

And all the while making claims as to his “track record of building multi-billion dollar companies [and] taking companies public” — which felons CANNOT do?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L4a70rMKg0A
    (go to the 2:50 mark)

That Trey White claims (or indulges in claims) that he is a billionaire, but is not?

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGQcGW5ZsB8&feature=related

Or that there is no conclusive scientific evidence to support the health benefits claimed by Evolv Water?

What needs more due diligence, Ken?

And why do I suspect that you yourself are someone who bought into the Trey White story without having done your own due diligence?

  12. @ Jabba The Hut
That expose of Trey White at http://waterhead.wordpress.com/ is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT.

Trey White is openly the inside joke of his age-group generation in commercial circles. Maybe someone should send the weblink to Vicente Fox.

    @ 8:05 am on September 23, 2010
  13. @ Ken Dunn

I’d say that some real due diligence has been done here, Ken.

    http://waterhead.wordpress.com/

“As a point of fact, White was convicted under Texas criminal law for the first time during 1988 and in respect of a felony charge (Charge Number F-8588654) of Possession Of A Controlled Substance in Dallas County, Texas, with the judicial disposition of that offense on February 19, 1988. (For those interested in digging further, the TRS Entry ID Number of the case 7432423 and the Court Entry Status ID Number is 2798735.)”

“Beyond the drug charges, Trey’s bio ignores his other criminal conviction that occurred a decade later and involving a Class A Misdemeanor Assault To Cause Bodily Injury (Charge Number 964311301010) that was finalized roughly a decade later in Harris County on February 7, 1997. (The TRS Entry ID Number of the case 7432424 and the Tracking incident Number used by state law enforcement is 9002966768.)”

C’mon, Ken — tell me that you knew about this little development. Man Up.

  15. Yeah, I’d bet that — wiothout doing his own due diligence — Ken Dunn is pretty much already heavily invested in Trey White.

“Ken Dunn is one of the up and coming leaders in the entire Network Marketing profession. Character, Hunger, Charisma, and Perseverance are just a few of the adjectives to describe this fireball of energy. In less than 7 years, Ken went from newbie to superstar. The dream is alive and well for free enterprise based companies in Network Marketing. Here is a super video from Ken in Puerto Rico. God Bless.”

Within network marketing, is this type of personality illustrative of the concept of “ignorance on fire?”

  16. I think that you’ll find all of the scientific support for Evolv’s health benefit claims at this webpage.

  20. Did anyone else notice that Judge Susan Hawk evidently hosted a fundraiser at White’s house last year?

Did any other candidates in this year’s Dallas County judicial elections host their fundraisers at the home of felons?

And will Trey White find a way to cast a vote for Judge Hawk?

  22. Took @Bill ’s advice and looked up the Texas Monthly article on Roscoe White.

    One word: Incredible!

So was Trey’s grandfather JFK’s assassin? Driver of the limo? His grandmother a stripper at Jack Ruby’s club? And did his dad Ricky hate his father enough to exploit his dead carcass for JFK movie money??

Sure, makes sense. Exploitation runs in the family.

    read for yourself:

Here’s a summary of the whole account by a JFK investigator:
