Gee, I didn’t think he qualified as a religious leader. Nope, still don’t.
Borders is just another ultra-liberal retailer pushing their agenda on a bipartisan population.
Maybe they are thanking God that he is now president.

No, I don’t believe so. When I see the features of the Religion section of a bookstore, I’m thinking a dedicated religious writer, a pastor, religion professor, etc. Not politicians or other laymen, even though some may write a good religiously influenced book.
It could just be that they had re-arranged some display space, and hadn’t yet changed the signage.
So maybe it’s not some ultra-liberal retailer, but some slow-ass employees.
Can you name the president with multiple volumes in the religion section.
It’s because after seeing his performance in the first three weeks of his Presidency, people are forced to pray for the future of our country — or at least for the next 4 years.
But, with his massive tax cut for low and middle class families, they can now take home and extra $8 per week. After one month, they can afford to buy one of his books.
80% of the so-called stimulus spending doesn’t take place until 2011. Assuming you accept his notion that we need immediate stimulus spending to help our economy, then his stimulus package would be a failure.

It’s an amusing error and nothing more. The section appears to be wedged between “History & Social Studies” and “America.”
And my nephew’s birthday’s coming up, so thanks for the inadvertent gift suggestion, N. A treatises by an academic specialist will tickle the bugger piunk!
Sad. Every single book in the section has either Barack or Michelle on the cover.

This just in, y’all. I was wrong. But there appear to be books ABOUT Jimmy Carter in Religion. I’d like to collaborate with him on a book. Working title: Thank God They Can No Longer Say I’m the Worst President in U.S. History.

I just called them and it seems this is a hoax. That section is labeled ‘Politics’ in their store. Someone photoshopped this image.
Propaganda was fashionable in Stalin’s Russia. Stalin had his Kool-aid drinker follwers. So it is fashionable with the shmucks and riff-raff that follow our Messiah President.
@DFK- Better take it up with Obama, he’s keeping the faith-based intitiative thang, maybe even expanding it.

PR, I just called them and told them that Obama is not a religion and that they need to correct this. And explained to her that this is just not right and that everyone in her employment should know that the O is not a religion and that I felt it was done on purpose. I’m not far from this store and will check to see if they have done so.
At least nobody is overreacting.

Its a hoax, they don’t even have a section titled Religion, they call it Self, Spirit & More.
I stand corrected. I still disagree with nebi, however, that “the O is not a religion.” It’s close enough for me.

Any books on the NWO or CFR? How bout Zbigniew Brzezinski or Henry Kissinger? Or maybe the Bilderberg Group or the Trilateral Commission?
