Bloggin’ and Drawin’

Tampa Bay illustrator Greg Williams has a pretty good thing going: Take short, confessional, and/or personal blog entries and turn them into Harvey Pekar-like comic strips. He calls it Blogjam. What’s the local tie? Former D.O. music editor and all-time friend of FrontBurnerers Sarah Hepola got her “cousin at Wet ‘n Wild with knocked-out teeth” story hand-drawn recently. Nice work, Sarah.

    That’s a cool concept. I dig it.

    But really, who here saw the words “Greg Williams” and didn’t think to themselves, “I wonder what ole Greggo is up to now without the Ticket…”
