More National Mag Love For Dean Fearing

I’m a little behind in my reading, so last night was the first chance I had to flip through the November issue of Food and Wine magazine (one of my favorite mags). In a move that probably surprises no one, a 10- page spread (with recipes) for Dean Fearing’s Dallas Thanksgiving is featured.

So what does Dean serve for Thanksgiving? Blood orange margaritas, gingered butternut squash soup, turkey with tortilla-corn bread dressing, avocado relish, and Texas State Fair pecan pie. Actually sounds really good right now. Check it out.
