I still remember Tall Paul’s first editorial meeting, when I was but a wee intern. Mid-meeting, the new kid’s cell phone starts ringing. Big no-no. He checks the screen and says, “Excuse me, this is the Mayor’s office. I have to take this.” Now that’s the way to make a good first impression. We’ll miss you, Paul, and your Van Horton’s Syndrome.
