A number of YouTube-loving FBvians have sent along video of Abdul on the Fox Seattle affiliate. But I'm telling you: her appearance here, on Channel 4, was even better. Think of all the traffic the station would get if they weren't so chicken and left the video on their site. Bock. Bock-bock.
