Harwell's a lightweight. Walsh gets my vote. Or if you have to get someone locally, how about Scott from the dallasfood site? Did you see his pre-Christmas takedown of Noka Chocolates up in Plano?

Yes I did. This is his investigative piece. Timmy and I have been trying to convince Scott to write more for us—he wrote a feature on BBQ last year. But he seems happy writing NoKaGate and stuff and such. (Scott? Have your peeps call mine, let’s talk.)
