HELP UNCOVER WRONGDOING AT CITY HALL

Allen Gwinn sends word that he's got some data over on Dallas.org that he needs help sorting. Gwinn got ahold of $3.6 million worth of receipts generated by Dallas city employees with credit cards. Help comb his database. Why, for instance, did nine employees spend $3,222.01 at Petsmart? Do some digging and see if you can find similar signs of tomfoolery.
