BREAKING NEWS: WE HAVE A BRIDGE

Hey, Jim Schutze. D Magazine has just learned that it's a go on the Margaret Hunt Hill, the first Calatrava bridge. Trinity River Project director Rebecca Dugger opened the second round of bids today in Austin. Williams Construction won the project, on a bid of $69 million. TxDOT will officially award the project to Williams in three days.
