A time-sensitive FBvian advises:

Your posted times are misleading. The DMN site had a verdict posted at 11:03, several minutes ahead of the Startlegram. The time you linked was the timestamp, which apparently gets updated each time the article is expanded or changed.

Take your word for it, but that's the first version we saw online. Anyway, FB beat both of them.
