Observation about the Jake's in Uptown: a tattoo on the small of the back appears to be a condition of employment. There were seven waitresses on duty this afternoon. Five had ink on that special spot. Spotted: a rose, a bunch of grapes, a line of stars, and two designs of indeterminate origin.
