Executive chef Mathew Dunn is done at Central Market Plano. Once a chef at Star Canyon, Dunn is set to rejoin Stephan Pyles at Stephan Pyles. Jeroboam has a new chef, Hugh Stewart, and a new menu that features perogies for lunch. According to pres Whit Meyers: “The things are flying out the door.” Also heard that Russell Hodges is leaving Iris, but haven’t confirmed. Developing.
