MOTEL-ING WHAT GOES ON THERE

A neighborhood-minded FrontBurnervian spotted this notice on Dallas.org. Residents and neighborhood groups have filed paperwork to get the City of Dallas to close the "hot-sheet motel" American Inn at 4538 Scyene in southeast Dallas. I didn't have much luck with the video link to WFAA's story, and I can't find any DMN coverage. Any FrontBurnervians who frequent the American Inn know what's what?
