MAKIA MAKES THE GRADE

Congrats to Cedar Hill council member Makia Epie for his election to the National League of Cities Board of Directors. It must be bittersweet for Epie: more work and greater responsibility on the one hand, less time for "table games such as Monopoly and Chess" on the other.
