Shannon Shelmire Wynne of Flying Fish, Flying Saucer, and 8.0 is doing his part:

"We have trash cans on every bar top from Dallas to North Carolina asking for donations. We are trying to hire displaced servers and managers from New Orleans who need work, as they will have no job to go back to. Yesterday we raised over $1000 and today we plan on doubling that."
