If you waited on tickets to B.J. Novak’s presumably hilarious book talk this evening, you’re very nearly out of luck.

The Dallas Museum of Art’s Wit & Wisdom event is sold out, though you can get tickets to the simulcast. So, still sorta like watching him on TV. The Office star, who also penned several episodes, has written a collection of short stories called One More Thing: Stories and Other Stories. He’ll do a reading, talk “crafting comedy,” and sign books after.

Meanwhile, Brit synth pop pioneer Gary Numan plays the Granada with Roman Remains and Big Black Delta. Numan has stayed on the scene, whether it’s influencing musicians from Kanye West to Nine Inch Nails or releasing a 20th studio album just last year. If you need a little refresher, here’s “Cars.
