You are the editor of the Dallas Morning News. It is a Saturday. The following things happen:
• It is revealed that Jerry Jones actually built the Death Star in Arlington. His plan — to shoot an enormous laser at the moon, destroying it, thereby creating havoc on earth and leading to an enormous real estate windfall for him — is foiled at the last minute. Jones is led away from AT&T Stadium in handcuffs.
• In Lufkin, a dozen onlookers witness a local man flying. Real, honest-to-goodness, holy-crap-it’s-Superman flight. It is clear this man is not aided by technology of any sort, and one of the onlookers, an amateur photographer, gets fantastic footage. Oh, and one of the onlookers is Dez Bryant, home visiting family.
• China launches a full-scale invasion of Japan.
