  1. Really? THIS is the picture you picked?! Big Tex burned to the ground AND a fair ride stranded 25 people in the air for 2 1/2 hours, and THIS crappy thing is what you choose?????

  2. You realize there are several posts on Frontburner about Big Tex’s demise already, right? Not to mention every single dallas media outlet has covered the burning and the stuck ride to death. And, the fair continues to move forward, with music, livestock, food, and more. I’m happy to see a variety of pictures from the fair, and not just another “Burning Tex” photo.
