First some guys from the Harvard baseball team did it. Not bad. But then the SMU women’s rowing team one-upped them with their Carly Rae Jepsen routine. Pretty solid work. Far superior camerawork, too.

For some reason this song is being used by lots of women’s lacrosse teams east. If your soul allows it, just youtube the name of the song and lacrosse together. No idea why it’s so popular by these girls.

Moments ago, I got confirmation from the Southern Methodist University athletic department that the members of the rowing team featured in this video – which has become an Internet sensation – have been invited to appear Thursday morning on NBC-TV’s Today show.
