thanks for the link to this. Well told story. I have loved McMurtry. The first book of his I read was Lonesome Dove, which is just a fine piece of storytelling. All my friends are going to be strangers was among my favorites.
It’s a nice homage to books. As much as I like technology. It will never replace the hard copies for me.
I’ve got books going in several stacks, in my briefcase, by my bed, in my daypack.
