He scored 10 points, including the game-winner with 14 seconds left. Tyson Chandler also came through with 16 rebounds. I did my part by staying ambulatory. The series is tied 2-2.

American Eagle Employee Investigated For Pocketing Fake Fees. Sort of a genius scam because it would certainly be hard to pick out fake overcharging from legitimate overcharging. If I went to airport and put on a blue blazer, I’m pretty sure I could get a few people to pony up a $14 ground to air conversion fee. In unrelated news, I will be out of the office today. And I need to borrow a blue blazer.

I heard Bosh was bawling after the game, prolly because he realizes he is still not as good as the guy that scored 8 points in a pivotal game.
Just curious why this blog is not reporting on all of the big news on the Trinity River scam this week like 1) the Toll Road was never feasible after all (see Sunday’s DMN), 2) we have burned through almost all of the Trinity Bond money and have little to show for it (see Tuesday’s DMN), and 3) Leppert still claims the Toll Road was the right thing to do (see Today’s DMN).
I love watching “King” James just stand there and watch Dirk beat Haslem for the game winner.
Congrat to Dirk and the Mavs…but don’t consider the fever that big of a deal, since Jordan could do the same in the “Flu Game”.
This year has made me realize Dirk is definitely legendary and should be the MVP for the finals.
