I have tried to reach Harold Simmons but cannot. Having been the director of the Dallas headquarters relocation program, chair of committee to widen North Central Expressway, and a multi million dollar real estate developer who ran into the devastating tax changes of the 1986 Reagan Tax Act, I am interested only in leading Dallas back to its economic growth, jobs created days.
I directed the only Dallas headquarters relocation program.
Those Dallas leaders who do not acknowledge the message of the need to attract headquarters either have not received my message or have ignored it.
