Tod Robberson raises the question: What science supports the City Council’s ban on the alternative marijuana product?
Answer: None.
Dwaine Caraway, who pushed for the ban, opposes reform of liquor laws, and wanted a city-wide dress code, is emerging as the Dallas’s number one Church Lady.

Actually the truth is the mayor is the one that said he pushed for the ban.he said so yesterday And Florence shappiro wants to ban it from the whole state.

LOL. Church Lady?! Are church ladies familiar with the intricacies of machine politics?
Come now, the ban is very important: It distracts the voters from the City not fixing its roads, gutting the library, no code enforcement, and continued inadequate police staff.
This ban is very important and- ooooo, look a pretty bridge.
LOL at the church lady comment.
COL at Flo Shaprio. Some think she should be banned from the state along with that Riddle broad.
Why not a tax on K-2? Say $20 per package. Sin taxes are great revenue generators. Then we can allocate the money to fixing roads or keeping libraries open…

Don’t forget to pull those pants up!
I listened to KERA’s report in the car on the way home yesterday, and burst into a fit of giggles. I know that this stuff may be dangerous, but the way Caraway kept saying, “Braaaaaaaaains,” reminded me of one of Trey Garrison’s zombie foes.
I think Dwaine Caraway should be on the receiving end of a “muffin man” prank, such as happened at some high school or another a couple years back.
It would be funny to hear him say “Braaaaaaaains” then. Of course, I’m not advocated dosing Dwaine Caraway with THC or cannabinoids. Or ha ha LSD ha!! No.
not advocating
Seems to me the logical solution would be to legalize pot and then there would be no need of fake pot. Use pot taxes to fix pot holes.
@Jack E. Jett: that’s precisely the kind of clearminded thinking that has no place in a political debate.
