Vote on the Best Shopping in Dallas in the Best of Big D Readers’ Poll Starting Monday, May 3

bestof_shoppingYou’ve told us about your favorite places to eat and drink locally. You’ve run down your list of the best bars and clubs in town. Now part three of the Best of Big D Readers’ Choice Poll 2010 — wherein you’ll have the chance to sound off on all the top places to shop — kicks off Monday morning and will run for two weeks, through May 16. You can vote once a day, every day, for the length of the polling.

The results of Best of Big D Readers’ Choice (including the services category, which is coming up in a few weeks) will be published in the August 2010 issue of D Magazine. Make the jump to see the categories on the shopping list.

  6. I love Ken’s Man’s shop. I have been shopping there for more than 16 years. They are the ultimate in bespoke men’s apparel in Dallas.

  7. Everytime we go out of town one of our first shopping musts is pet stores. Our grandchild (Mastiff/Sharpi) is our joy ! Yet, right here in Plano is the best Pet Store of all, WOOF. WOOF has everything you could ever want and so much more. The customer service is very warm and helpful. WOOF’S is by far the #1 Doggie Store for your fury family member.

  19. I have been shopping at Turtletique for about 20 years, I rarely shop anywhere else. The staff is incredible. It is by far my favorite Women’s Boutique in Dallas and for that matter….anywhere!!! I love it!!!!

  20. Turtletique is a “Legendary” Women’s Boutique in Dallas. The entire staff consisting of Barbara (the owner), Pamela (my sales rep/friend), Audrey, Demitra, Anne Marie, Iris and Jackie are all incredible women who make the whole thing work. I would recommend them and Turtletique to anyone looking for a classy, friendly, trendy yet sophisticated, store to shop. Trust me,you won’t be dissappointed.

  22. I finally trumped my siblings with best gift for my mom this Mother’s Day. The girls at Turtletique seemed to know exactly what she would love and had it wrapped up with a bow in probably less than 10 minutes. Mom was thrilled! She actually put the top on and wore it to lunch!
