Kickbooty, you corporate shill. I’m not buying it. WCS is attempting to intimidate and silence anyone who disagrees. I will not be intimidated. From the fake website (savetheogallalatruths) which is designed to look like an environmental site to the repeated lawsuits, this company is as phony as they come. They could not care less about the citizens of Andrews County or anyone else who gets in their way of a buck. Classic. We reap the profits while everyone else pays the cost. It’s amazing how you liberal hyprocrits can act so intelligent about something you know NOTHING about. Mr Linquist is right on yet you fall for the liberal media and their political views vs the real scientific facts that abound for the correct application of this permitted facility. This facility is extremely well constructed and managed. There is no risk to human health and the environment. And I call you hyprocrits because all of us Americans are responsible for the wastes that we generate, so if not at WCS then where do YOU propose they go? Please don’t attempt to answer that without doing your homework and research. Be sure, that the local residents are well aware and informed and approve the facility. Before you say more come on out and do your own research. By the way, right next to the WCS facility is a nuclear enrichment facility and a municipal waste faclity, both permitted because of being located in an area that is not environmentally sensitve in the context that potential leaching to groundwater does not exist.

Ironic lecture coming from “CEO” Mr. William Lindquist.

Here’s an “unbiased and accurate” description of “CEO” Lindquist and his benefactor, mentor and boss, Harold Simmons: last summer a Dallas jury found Lindquist liable for conspiring with his boss, Harold Simmons, who was also found to be a conspirator, and both men were found personally liable for $33 million in damages for their wrongful conduct by a unbiased citizens of Dallas. Who do you trust, conspirators or Ms. Polk?

Do the people of Andrews have all the facts on Lindquist and Simmons when they are dumping nuclear waste in their town while making claims of safety?

“CEO” Mr. William Lindquist, do you want to write another huffy letter telling the citizens of Texas that this description is “inaccurate” or “biased”?

I bet not.

Or maybe there is another William J. Lindquist and Harold Simmons in Dallas found to be conspirators.
