Yesterday the Dallas Morning News/Beliefnet blogger published his last Dallas column. But when I first heard Rod was leaving Big D, here’s all I wanted to know: who’s listing it, and how much?

Not listed yet, goes on the market this Wednesday. I just posted the price and agent. One of my many goals is to bring you properties BEFORE they are even listed! So keep reading.

You think anyone was sad to see a neighbor who was proud that he didn’t handout candy on Halloween leave?

We haven’t finalized the price yet with our agent, but we’re going to ask not too far below $200K. Or, if you’re Grumpy Demo, $450K, plus a bag of Halloween-sized Snickers.
