Shoddy Proof of D Magazine’s Appearance on the Friday Night Mavs Broadcast

I was the game, but I’d been alerted via Jeff “Skin” Wade’s Twitter feed that he and the rest of the Dallas Mavericks’ broadcast crew would be talking about the oral history of Dirk Nowitzki’s career that appears in our December issue. And indeed, they did. After the jump, so as not to ugly up the front page, a picture of my TV. Which I put up here for posterity as a reminder for my bosses of the good times, so as to brunt the impact whenever I inevitably screw up something in the future.

I didn’t hear Ben & Skin talk about the article, but I have read it and thought it was one of the best sports articles I have seen in a long time! Well deserved recognition for Paul Kix.
