Can you get any more lackluster than that slide show? Sheesh. I can see it now. The editor rushes in and shouts, “Give me something great to feature” and the photo ed says, “We’ve got this great slideshow with Reunion Arena being demolished. What? Uh, no, it’s still standing.”
Editor: Great! It’ll blend in with the rest of our unresolved presentations.

Um, no. It’s still there, though gutted. Could take 2-3 days for the roof to come down according to press release.
This blog isn’t nearly as good as it used to be.

I think people were mislead by the report that said it would start comng down at 7:30 a.m. That’s probably when the crew showed up to start hammering away at the cement. As late as 3:30 p.m. newscrews and shutterbugs were lined up on the viaduct watching, basically, nothing happen.
