Much more consideration, and he’ll be required to resign as Mayor per the city charter. I don’t blame him for his evasiveness.
Then again, I’ve long thought that Leppert resigning to run a loosing Senate campaign is the best thing that can happen for Dallas.

Yeah, because working with this city council is so rewarding…..why the shock he wants to move on?

Good Point, Np. How about a Dallas Hero for a mayor,… say a football quarterback or something, that has been fairly successful in some kind of business like real estate.
A person like that could get our city council in line.
