Now, I’m no expert, but number 2 just don’t make much sense. The Gingerbread fella is right. Why would a downtown office location make a lick of difference about vandalism happening in other places?

If Mr. Torres is so concerned about the state of playgrounds and schools in the neighborhood the William B Travis PTA is currently raising money to improve their school playground and I am sure would be delighted to accept his check. I suspect he is more interested in spending other people’s money on those kind of improvements than his own though.
