I know I’m late to this convo but 150 dollars to be in the middle of a public bridge when I could ride the Green line to the State Fair of Texas for 16 bucks. I think I’ll choose fried butter over being stranded out there in the middle of the flood plain with “Tongue Tied Trinity Tollway Tom Leppert” Copyright 2009 William Addington. At least the extra fat at the Fair is honest while Lepperts political fat is the usual politics.

Ah, memories. It's been almost two years since the last party on the Trinity. We had our obligatory Jim Schutze joke back then. I wonder if the we'll have the same gloating from the particpants?

That’s what everyone wants. The tollroad! Where is the excitement for that? Will the tollroad have its own party too?

Sadly, the event interferes with my enjoyment of watching the ‘Australian Super Bowl’ – the Australian Rules Football Grand Final. An all Victorian Grand Final – the Geelong Cats vs. the St. Kilda Saints.
The cost to watch it in the company of rowdy ex-pats while eating meat pies – $20. So if you come by Tucker Friday night, I will say hello. You may also look for me wherever the delectable delights are located.
