That appraisal reminds me that the entirety of the “nonprofit” private Dallas Country Club–a significantly bigger chunk of HP dirt–is appraised at some ridiculously paltry figure like $10 million. That is so wrong.

Has anyone else been laughing over the past several years that Junior pre-decided that it should be named “Victory.” Isn’t that just sooooo Perot-esque?

And I thought that it was the Germans that lost to the Americans. (Maybe it will turn out that way after all.)

Last I checked the property on Lakeside was assigned to the Town of Highland Park and designated “commercial” property, this was in DCAD. How could this be? A Burger King on Bum’s lot?

Either RP Jr. maxed out his credit card for that purchase or his wallet is overstuffed from the 68% premium that Dell paid for Perot Systems. So much theories on fire sales and shaky finances.
