Well of course it can still be built. No one has ever really questioned if it could be built. We could build a 100 story tall McDonald’s downtown or a 20 story tall statue of Daffy Duck on McKinney Ave if we really wanted to. No one is questioning our ability to build the toll road if we threw enough money at it, the question has always been if it is a good idea and in my opinion, it’s a horrible idea.
