You know what’s bold? Putting yourself on the cover of your own magazine. I just got the February issue of D CEO. Glenn, to you, sir, I say: well played. (At top, the magazine cover (which, upon further inspection, features billionaire Harold Simmons). Below, Glenn.)

You may want to link to Glenns photo on the internet and not D’s intranet
@ John M: Fixed. With apologies.
Harde har har. Whoo hoo! Thanks Tim. That gave me a big ‘ole belly laugh I needed today.
Harold Simmons didn’t want to pose with the nuclear money symbol so he authorized Glenn to be his stand-in.
On a semi-unrelated question, my boss gets a free copy of D CEO and we get free copies of Park Cities People in my condo building, which amusingly comes with inserts asking us to subscribe when we already get free copies, how do you guys decide which people get Park Cities People and D CEO for free and which ones have to pay?
And since D CEO and Park Cities People are free to me, is there some special demographic that also gets D Magazine for free because that would be nice.
That is one frightening photo.
The image to the left is not doctored: A nuclear dollar sign appears in Glenn’s left palm if he concentrates.
Glenn’s a smart guy. He might be the next Oprah.
Why do you keep referring to Don Henley as Glenn?
Glenn looks like a Texan Tom Wolfe.
What does he think of the new Toyota hyb….Oh, that’s not Ed Wallace.
Who says that Glenn, Ed and Harold aren’t actually the same person? Have they ever been seen in the same room together?
it looks a bit like the scary mummy pen at the Tut gift shop at the DMN
not DMN but the DMA… strange
How do ad sales for this new issue compare to the last issue?
Harvey: They were up slightly. Thanks for asking.
Now I know why Glenn was so against the last vestiges of life series in the DMN! He looks like the love child of Mickey Rourke and Tom Petty. WOW!
