Hmmm, wondering whether that sign creates an enforceable contract. Typically, silence does not constitute assent, but if you actually walk into the restaurant, is that an affirmative act indicating acceptance or the equivalence of silence?

Guy Feri is a douche. Bad dyed hair and wears sunglasses on the back of his neck. Oh, and don’t get me started on bowling shirts with flames.
