He’ll always have time for you, Dave, but he’s gonna be a helluva lot busier. Yesterday Richard Fisher, the Dallas Fed CEO and a former deputy U.S. trade rep himself, said of Kirk’s new challenge: “I offer him my congratulations–and my condolences. It’s not an easy job.”
