The blimp has a huge 70' x 30' screen on the side to show the game to the masses. This is a PR stunt in the ongoing pissing match with Time Warner/Comcast who refuse to carry NFL Network on their basic tier but want it only on the premium tiers. They've been doing this for more than a year now. Pretty clever if you ask me, although I can't imagine anyone sitting out in their backyard trying to actually watch it.
