Who Will Fill Kay Bailey’s Senate Seat?

There’s no doubt she’s running for governor. Tod Hill over at BurntOrangeReport.com tackles the question of whether Democrats have a chance of grabbing her Senate slot. His conclusion: probably not, due to what he terms the Hutchison Effect. It’s an excellent analysis, recommended for political junkies.
