Such a shame. She is typical of the egotistical "power" people who think they know what people want (and no one else can be right). When she says East Dallas is weird, it sounds more like "they won't do what I tell them or want them to do for myself or my monied connections". Carol, this may be a little wake up call for you(kinda like her Trinity river celebration fiasco); a little humble pie might work in your favor. One good think to possibly come out of this election may be a little restraint both on the national level and perhaps more importantly at the city level. Dallas needs to express it's voice, not just listen to the people with the tax breaks (rather the people whose property tax takes up the slack). Did the world not listen to Carol this time?
