Also in attendance at the Philbin Awards earlier today: former mayor Ron Kirk, former mayoral candidate Darrell Jordan (who apparently had something of a lunch reunion of mayoral also-rans–Sam Coats, Ed Okpa–on Monday but forgot to invite me; must’ve been for guys who actually finished), and Senator Royce West.
