Brett Hull Eats at MiCocina

Tim is already peeved that I went to Italy without telling him so I guess I’ll let him know that last night I saw Brett Hull holding a pager and drinking a margarita at the bar at MiCocina in HP Village. I heard Troy Aikman was there but I didn’t actually see him. Sorry, Timmy. If it makes you feel better, you are thinner than Hully. Holy cow.

  1. Co-GM of the Dallas Stars and he’s still using a pager…. why I’ll bet if Cubes owned the Stars that the ambassador of fun would at least have a bag-phone.
    What’s that you say? Restaurants are using pagers to tell people their tables are ready? What will they think of next?

  6. My husband and I saw him once at a small BYOB italian place called Amore’s in Colleyville. His group had a cooler of beer and wine for the table. When he saw we were out of wine he actually came over and gave us a bottle! Pretty nice:)

  19. I hope that he had his bankroll handy as that mexican restaurant is highway robbery at it’s best. I ordered two enchiladas,rice,and beans,with a side of one tamale. Water to drink. The check with a tip or 15% came to $16.00. ElChico,ElFenix,MercadoJuarez,Panco’s,all beat it for quality,taste,and presentation.I cannot expect to go back.
