Tim, cable is important. How else do you think Trey learns all that gun stuff? They have channels for that. Yup, sure enough. I was over at a friend’s house and they were watching rubes bait and “stick” deer.

Also on cable they have cooking shows. You could compete with Nancy in a conversation after a couple of weeks emersion in the cooking channels.

They’ve even got book channels. Yup, real writers talking about real writing. It’s like watching radio talking heads and finally understanding “radio face”. There’s a reason they talk about it and aren’t into the doing it so much.

Tim, do you have a DTV set or converter box yet? You think your TV reception is bad now, it’ll be non-existant on Feb 18, 2009.

By the way, 79% of homes in the DFW area have cable or satellite. That means that you are in the 21% that don’t.
