Spotted today just after noon: the Dallas Cowboys’ Terrell Owens, enjoying lunch and the sun with a female companion on the patio at the Village Burger Bar in West Village. The wide receiver was relaxed and laughing–like he was way over his pique with QB Tony Romo–before roaring away in a white Bentley convertible.

    He did not roar away, dear. He calmly stopped for traffic, turned left on Cole and drove away nicely under the speed limit.
