It was the freshman arts dorm back then, so we were waaaay better than those silly fellows living in Boaz. Living next door to the SAE house was a trip. Was so sad to see the whole thing go up in a great cloud of demolition smoke, only to re-emerge as a multi-level parking garage. Sigh. Ah yes, Letterman Hall…that brings back fond memories from my freshman year at SMU (going back to 1996!).
