That look likes a house around the M streets. I think I want to buy that house, yet, I don’t want to call and upset the owners serenity.

  • DM

Sweet! I’m going to start hanging a sign in my yard to! “Maid, Please Make Up Room”.

  • Tom

Perhaps it’s a variation of the “by appointment only” sign. Or they want nosy neighbors who have no intention of buying the house to stay away.

I believe it’s a home located in the path of the explosive growth of Henderson and Fitzhugh around Belmont or Capitol.

This means it’s a tear-down zoned townhome and ‘Do Not Disturb” the tenants.

Most likely it will become a luxury three-story townhome/duplex occupied by SMU Sigma Chi members. Hey, great view of Downtown from the rooftop!

@East Dallas Eccentric: Thanks for the explainer — the house is at Capitol and Garrett avenues, a few blocks from Henderson. That area is definitely exploding (in a good way). Maybe then, Sigma Chi can explode it (in a bad way).

everybody call and disturb them just b/c the sign asks do not

And this is what they get for being FSBO.

    1. DM not a team player.
    2. Boys rule, strangely enough, at a magazine aimed at women.
    3. Dallas Dir-what’s that?

Maybe it means you can’t move the “For Sale” sign, since people are just flipping houses like this anyway.
