Cops, Be Careful When You Cut And Paste
When you use an affidavit for a search warrant request in a sexual assault case as a template for a search warrant request in some Uptown burglary cases, it can lead to the burglary suspects getting saliva swabbed.
Maybe a similar mix up is why I got a body-cavity search when I was pulled over for an out-of-date inspection sticker. I’m kidding. That didn’t happen. Please, kind officers, I was only trying to make a funny. Don’t make it true. The truth would hurt. I couldn’t handle the truth.

Good to know that judges really review those things and ask tough questions, before signing.
Geez, makes you wonder what other short cuts some of these cops take on duty between breakfast at the donut shop and the second job at the strip club.
Considering lots of “buglers” are rapists with insufficient evidence or unwilling to testify victims, might not be a bad idea anyway.
But jeez, can we get people who actually TRY to do a good job?
Does anyone else think Adam is angling for a body-cavity search here?
