Wow. The first submission is going to be tough to top. It comes from the greatness that is Danny Hurley. When Mayor Tom Leppert gets his hair done at a South Dallas barbershop, it might look like what you see below. Of course, John Wiley Price would have something to say about the mayor stealing his look:
