FrontBurner® has been called the best blog in Dallas (repeatedly), a snarky celebration of ignorance, and a daily conversation about Dallas among the editors of D Magazine.

I've shared the same name with her since 1978. And it's been an honor. I always wanted to meet her. I would occasionally get phone calls from various think tank people, assistants to politicians thinking I was her. Alot of people thought she lived in Dallas. I'd call the ranch and pass on the message. When I lived in San Antonio, people at Frost Bros. thought I was her daughter. I'm sorry I never met her. Hey, Hillary! She's an example of a woman politician worthy of being president.

Definitely an interesting character, from everything I read about her.

You said she had no telephone -- you sure you weren't trying to dial her when she lived in Great Britain? :)
