In addition to Ellerman, the Dallas regional office has also lost seven other major players...millions in revenue have walked out the door. To date, they've lost Sharon Morrison, Blake Anderson, Brant Landry, and Bill de la Chappelle, top industrial brokers, Derrick Evers and Jim Donaldson, key players in the construction group, and Karra Guess, well known office broker and COO. The merger has not gone well in Dallas and most of the professionals and staff are miserable. The company has a whole has lost nearly a quarter of its workforce nationwide.
